The internet speed in Chiang Rai, Thailand is such that updates will be coming very slowly. Might have to wait until we're in Europe to get all these pictures and videos online. The WiFi, she feels like dial-up.
We are currently at the Golden Triangle, where Thailand, Laos, and Burma (renamed Myanmar by a military junta and we do not approve of this, which is why we are sticking with Burma here) meet along the Ruak and Mekong rivers.
This spot happens to be second only to Afghanistan in opium production.
